Joe Bedford, Owner/Operator
Joe, 43, has lived in East Tennessee for 35 years, and the Greater Knoxville area for 15. Joe was previously proprietor of AVATAR netWORKS!, a website design/e-commerce solutions firm based in Oak Ridge. Yes, he designed this website! Joe brings twenty years of customer service experience to the hausfrau team, from his past management positions in the fields of insurance, hospitality, and retail. Joe loves to quote restaurant entrepreneur Bob Farrell, who stated, "Serving others is a noble profession!" Joe takes great pride in providing clients with expert service, attention to detail, and the small touches that add up to a "Wow!" experience. In his leisure time, Joe enjoys tennis and running.
Jill Bedford, Owner/Operator
Jill, also 43, has lived in Tennessee for 35 years, and the Greater Knoxville area for 25. Jill has been an entrepreneur for almost all of her working life. Jill cleaned her first house professionally in 1982, and was a partner in a previous housecleaning venture from 1990 to 1999. Jill has always prided herself on anticipating the needs of her clients and not meeting, but exceeding, their expectations. She puts a lot of her heart into her work, striving to give others the special treatment that she would want to receive if she were a client. In her leisure time, Jill is also a competitive marathoner, and volunteer coordinator of the Knoxville Track Club.
